These softgels are a lifesaver for my afternoon digestion, the coating really makes them easy to swallow without any burping aftertaste. I keep the bottle on my desk and pop one after lunch, and it’s become part of my routine that I honestly look forward to.
The enteric coating is the main reason I bought these—no more worrying about the capsule dissolving too early. I take one after meals and the peppermint feels gentle on my stomach, which is exactly what I wanted.
I've been reaching for these after heavy meals and the softgel format makes them so much easier to swallow than trying to drop liquid oil under my tongue. The enteric coating really seems to help, since I don't get that harsh burn in my stomach anymore. Definitely a staple in my daily routine now.
