doTERRA Serenity 安眠複合軟膠囊

The softgels are easy to swallow and I've noticed I drift off faster on nights I take one. Waking up actually feels doable now, and there's no heavy, hungover feeling in the morning.

Three weeks in and I'm actually sleeping through the night for the first time in months—the softgels are easy to swallow and I wake up feeling clear-headed, not like I've been hit by a truck. That no-grogginess part is the real deal for me.

I was skeptical about sleep supplements making me groggy the next morning, but these softgels genuinely helped me drift off and I woke up feeling clear-headed and rested. They've become a steady part of my nightly routine, and the lack of that heavy, hungover feeling is what sold me.
