doTERRA Breathe Oil

I've been using this blend in my diffuser before bed for a few weeks now, and the cardamom and ravintsara give it a warm, grounding depth that the sharper eucalyptus notes balance out nicely. The bottle lasted me longer than I expected too.

The peppermint and eucalyptus hit immediately when I open the bottle, and a couple drops on my pillow have made such a difference for my sinuses at night. The cardamom and lemon keep it from smelling too medicinal, which I didn’t expect.

I’ve been diffusing this blend every night before bed and the peppermint and cardamom combo really opens up my sinuses, plus the lemon cuts through any stale air in the room. A little goes a long way—three drops in the diffuser is plenty for the whole evening.
