Mistura de Óleos Essenciais Shinrin-Yoku Touch

Honestly, I was skeptical a blend could capture that forest feeling, but one deep inhale after a stressful Zoom call genuinely slowed my heart rate down. The scent is woody and grounding without being overpowering, and it has become my little ritual for winding down.

I keep this little bottle on my desk and one dab on each wrist before a meeting honestly resets my whole mood. The oil absorbs fast without that greasy feeling, and the forest-y aroma lingers just enough to make my commute feel less like a rush hour and more like a slow walk through pines.

The scent is genuinely calming—one deep inhale and I feel like I’m on a mossy trail instead of in my kitchen. A couple of drops on my wrist lasts through the afternoon, which is more than I expected from such a small roller.
