Started my routine with this one and the capsule size is manageable, no weird aftertaste which I appreciate. It gets things moving smoothly without any drama, and I feel lighter by the third day of using it.

It fits neatly into the cleanse routine as the lead-in step without much fuss, and a little goes a long way. The only reason it's not five stars is the cap can get sticky if you're not careful, but the overall effect is worth it.
