GX Assist

I was skeptical about adding another step to my routine, but the included dropper cap makes it simple to take right before bed. My digestion feels noticeably smoother since I started using it as the lead-in to my weekly cleanse.

The dropper makes it easy to measure out a couple drops in my morning water, and I noticed a real difference in how refreshed I felt by day three. It's become a non-negotiable first step for me before anything else in my routine.

Started my routine with this one and the capsule size is manageable, no weird aftertaste which I appreciate. It gets things moving smoothly without any drama, and I feel lighter by the third day of using it.
