Natural Solutions DVD

I wasn’t expecting much from a DVD, but the way it breaks down each oil’s purpose and the chapter on blending oils for everyday use really clicked for me. It’s a solid resource for someone starting their wellness journey, and I’ve already gone back to rewatch a few sections twice.

The chapter on blending oils for everyday stress was exactly what I needed, and the pacing made it easy to follow along at home. It’s a solid, straightforward guide that I’ll definitely be revisiting whenever I want to learn more about natural wellness.

I've watched this DVD twice already and keep picking up new tips each time. The way it breaks down the basics of essential oils makes it super easy to follow along, even for a beginner like me.
